The size is really small. It's a little bigger than the size chart. I am a regular man, and when I use the handle to go up on the cutting board, my fingers touch the board and I can't use it. So, you only use the knife blade on the cutting board. The initial polishing condition was very good, so be very careful as it is extremely sharp. The very sharp end is dangerous when washing dishes. Even if I just put it on the sink, it doesn't rust, so I'm satisfied. I use this to clean fish.
