Return and Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the package should be undamaged.
Make sure you contact us before making a return and send us the photo of the items that you want to return to us for documentation purposes
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
No refunds or exchanges are available for engraved items. We can only resend the item if the customer contacts us and presents us with a damaged item (rust, dullness, and other damages).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
