Shipping Time

Normally, Supo's products are delivered as follows (special delivery times for specific products will be noted in their respective descriptions):

• Shipping time to the US takes about 5-7 business days
• Shipping time to the EU or the rest of the world:  7-10 business days
  (Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not included in shipping days.)

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping options. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. (normally free shipping for orders over $100) 
• Express Shipping (3-5 business days) costs an extra: $49 

Knife Care Instructions

• Wash immediately after receiving and after each use
• Wash by hand
• Dry immediately after washing
• Oil after drying (for carbon steel knife)
• Store properly
• Cut on a wooden chopping board
• Sharpen regularly
